PLEASE NOTE: There are no refunds on downloaded book art patterns. If you have any questions or issues with the pattern, please contact me, and I'll be happy to assist you.
There are no refunds on the finished book art. Because the custom books are tailored to your request, the funds cannot be refunded. I will make sure you like the final product before it is shipped.Â
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you wish to cancel your custom book art order, you must do so within 24 hours of the confirmed order. Unfortunately, there is no cancellation on downloadable products. If you have any challenges, please contact me, and I will assist you with your concerns.
